These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://theritzonbuffalocreek.com (the “Site”) and any forms operated by The Ritz on Buffalo Creek Wedding and Event Center LLC (“The Ritz on Buffalo Creek,” “we,” “us”), including forms on our Site and our advertising. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes such as learning about our venue and requesting tours or quotes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.

By checking the call consent box on any form operated by The Ritz on Buffalo Creek, you authorize us to call you at the number provided about your inquiry, tours, availability, pricing and offers, including calls made using automated technology or an artificial intelligence (AI) or prerecorded voice, as described in our Privacy Policy. Calls may be recorded.
Consent is not a condition of booking a tour or making any purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by any reasonable means, including saying “stop calling” during a call, replying STOP to a text, emailing info@theritzonbuffalocreek.com or calling 469-214-6966.
We aim to keep venue details, photos, capacity and availability on the Site accurate, but they may change without notice. Information on the Site, in calls or in messages is not a reservation. A booking is confirmed only by a signed rental agreement and any required deposit. The signed rental agreement governs all terms of your event, including payments, cancellations and venue rules, and controls over these Terms if they conflict.
